    Radha Mehta is a singer, songwriter and lead vocalist for Renaiszance. Her original music and cinematic style songwriting infuses her angelic vocals with inspirational messages of love, hope and freedom. Radha was featured by iHeart Radio as ``Artist to Watch`` and has performed for international music festivals around the world. Music from her award-winning electronica album RISE has been placed in over 30 television episodes across major networks. Radha has also played a pivotal role in the music industry and was elected by her fellow GRAMMY voters to serve on the Board of Governors for The Recording Academy for 5 years. Radha has a new cinematic-inspired project in the works with an EP expected to release during the summer of 2020.

    Nick appreciates the deep flavors and generosity of peasant cooking traditions, using everything that nature provides. He uses homemade products to develop his menus, creating experiences that are as unique as the individual ingredients they are built from. Nick was the chef of Japanese restaurants Nombe and O Izakaya Lounge and later the much loved Bar Tartine and Duna. He develops culinary programs that focus on preservation, he wrote a James Beard winning cookbook on the subject. He is currently planning to open a food waste focused business that creates products using all of nature's abundance.

    James Beard Award-winning chef Nick Balla will feature his ``peasant cooking`` of Eastern Europe. His unique style of cooking utilizes second market produce and fermentation to take plant-based cooking to the heights of umami and deliciousness.
